Rules: 3 or 4 PM check in. No partying in the units. No additional guests beyond the max. occupancy. No pets. No smoking in the units. Smoking allowed out on the balcony, with the patio door closed, or outside for units without patios. Check out: 10 AM.
Cancellations: Cancellations will be assessed a cancellation fee. The closer to your check-in date, the higher the cancellation fee. Ask about the exact amounts in advance if there is any chance you may need to cancel.
